Image Based Journaling is an opportunity to express what is being worked out in your soul. It is an integration of both sides of your brain to allow clarity and deep listening. The results are inspiring, surprising, and FUN!!

Each month, we gather around a theme and allow images and words to come together on a page that becomes an expression of the work of our soul. It is often a surprise. It is always an experience of love and wisdom. So, bring your art journal and any art supplies you have on hand, such as: colored papers, pictures from magazines, markers or colored pencils, or anything you think might be useful. Or just bring yourself; we have plenty of supplies on hand. No need to register, just come! Feel free to bring a friend.
